SENATE BILL NO. 243 "An Act relating to the duties and powers of                                                                
the Alaska Commission on Aging and the Department of Health and

Senator Davis, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the Health, Education and Social Services Committee                                                                 
Substitute offered on page 2004. Without objection, CS FOR

Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
